Bruce Eric Kaplan and Dan Savage at the Hammer Tonight
Two FBLA favorites are speaking tonight at the Hammer Museum — New Yorker cartoonist Bruce Eric Kaplan (otherwise known as BEK) and Savage Love columnist Dan Savage.
While other papers are laying off their cartoonists left and right, BEK’s continued employment at the New Yorker is one of the main reasons we subscribe. Dan Savage, of course, has a place in our hearts for being kindly enough to teach us what pegging was, back when we were young and sheltered.
