'Bridesmaids' Bringing Back Wilson Phillips... Finally

As if it weren’t enough that the new movie Bridesmaids is six kinds of hilarious, the movie is giving a boost to Wilson Phillips and their 90s musical masterpiece “Hold On.”

Nielsen Soundscan says the song has risen 620 percent in sales and one of the band’s managers says requests for Wilson Phillips have been pouring in. Band member Carnie Wilson credits the band’s publicist Lizzie Grubman for getting them in the movie.
