Social intelligence company Brandwatch rolled out new features for its Brandwatch Vizia social media command center, which allows brands to conduct risk and crisis management, monitor and analyze the success of events and campaigns, and track their online presence against competitors.

Brandwatch Vizia clients include Monster, Moneygram, Whirlpool and Droga5.

New Brandwatch Vizia features include:

  • New drag-and-drop functionality that allows users to create custom data visualizations and translate their social media interactions into actionable, real-time social intelligence.
  • A scene preview feature, which enables users to build a scene and see what it would look like if it were deployed live.
  • A user-friendly, flexible, more customizable user interface.
