Bowen Named GM of WSJ Digital Network

Dow Jones & Co. has filled a vacancy in its digital leadership, naming Alisa Bowen as general manager of the Wall Street Journal Digital Network. She succeeds Gordon McLeod, who stepped down in September as president of the consumer digital business group and who helped lead the development of the Journal’s mobile and iPad apps.

In addition to the difference in title, the company said Bowen would oversee FINS.com, a vertical job site; and the digital classifieds business; in addition to overseeing and developing the company’s digital products.
