Bob Sauerberg Named CEO of Condé Nast

It's a new day.

A major changing of the guard is coming to Condé Nast. Chuck Townsend, who has served as CEO of the company since 2004, is moving on to a role as chairman of the board.

Bob Sauerberg, who most recently served as president, will succeed Townsend as Condé’s new CEO. Sauerberg will retain his title of president.

Sauerberg has served as Condé’s president since 2010. He joined the company in 2005.

The changes will be official in January, 2016.
