Bob Newman has joined Time Inc. as creative director of This Old House Ventures. Newman most recently held the same role at Reader’s Digest.
This is a homecoming (no pun intended) for Newman, as he previously served as Real Simple’s creative director and Entertainment Weekly’s design director.
“For his part, Bob finds the opportunity to come to TOH compelling for things we may take at times a little for granted: being a true 360 brand, with offerings across print, tablet, web, and broadcast,” wrote This Old House’s editor Scott Omelianuk, in a memo to staffers.
