Bloomberg's Cover Features a Portrait Created by AI, and … It's Something

It took over two weeks to produce

Robbie Barrat taught computers how to paint and has been experimenting with different types of paintings (more of which you can see on his Twitter account). The software took more than two weeks to paint the portraits, which were featured on the cover of Businessweek’s May 21 issue. The issue features several stories about AI and includes articles on AI as writers, a history of AI and driverless cars.

Bloomberg isn’t the only publication using technology to have some fun with its cover.
