Though one Bloomberg reporter referred to it as “one of the most effective nudges [he’s] ever seen from an employer,” FBDC is slightly baffled by the hard-ass expense policy.

Here’s how it goes: A reporter has X days to create and submit an expense report after travel etc.  When those days are up, Uncle Michael cuts off your email until you complete your expenses.
