Bill Clinton Blasts ABC's 9/11 Film

Yesterday we reported on the uproar over ABC’s upcoming 9/11 docudrama, The Path to 9/11, spearheaded by ThinkProgress, a progressive collective, which sent letters to Disney chief Robert Iger pleading its case. Today, the New York Post reports Bill Clinton has joined the picket line, furious over his portrayal in the film. In his own letter to Iger (written by an aide) Clinton objects to scenes insinuating he was “too distracted by the Monica Lewinsky sex scandal to care about bin Laden and that a top adviser pulled the plug on CIA operatives who were just moments away from bagging the terror master.”
