Bauer Media has named Dr. Philipp Meixner chief investment officer, a new role at the company.
Dr. Meixner joins Bauer from ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, where he served as investment director for digital business.
At Bauer, Dr. Meixner will be responsible for acquiring digital companies in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the U.K., France, Spain, the U.S. and Australia. He’ll also work closely with Bauer Venture Capital.
