Other performers will include Justin Bieber, Coldplay, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Pharrell Williams, Take That, Niall Horan, Little Mix, Robbie Williams and Black Eyed Peas.
One Love Manchester will be available globally via @TwitterLive or @ArianaGrande starting at 7 p.m. BST/2 p.m. EST Sunday.
Fans will also be able to donate to the cause by liking or retweeting the tweet from @TeamAriana featuring the livestream, which will trigger an auto-reply containing a donation link.
