Apple And Android-based Devices Are Growing For eBook Consumption
U.S. consumers lead English language eBook consumption, taking up 70% of the market, followed by the UK (14%), Australia (8%) and Canada (7%). This is according to the Q2 2010 metrics report from eBook community site Wattpad.
According to the report Apple and Android-based devices in eBook consumption continue to grow with about a 25% increase, while Blackberry devices experienced a drop in use 9%.
The report also found that the iPad has quickly been adopted for eBook consumption.
