AppFund Seeks to Generously Support Development of iPad Apps

Yesterday, CNET and E! Online co-founder Kevin Wendle and MusicNation and Original Signal co-founder Daniel Klaus announced the launch of AppFund, a multimillion dollar fund to support the development of iPad apps. Investments will range from $5,000 to $500,000.

The fund’s founders, both of whom are longtime tech investors, think the iPad is a game-changer for just about everything. Here’s what they say: “We believe the iPad is a revolutionary device with the ability to transform everything from the way consumers experience content media and social networking to the way business can use applications to revolutionize their operations.”
