Mobile data and analytics company App Annie released its The State of Mobile in 2020 report, which offers a review of the mobile ecosystem in 2019.
The report found that there were 204 billion worldwide application downloads in 2019, a new annual record. The average user spent three hours and 40 minutes per day on mobile in 2019, a 10% year-over-year increase and a 35% jump since 2017.
