Likely, given the subject matter, but maybe not for this: A FishbowlNY reader points out that there appears to be a medical journal with a registered trademark on the Shock name. That the journal focuses on laboratory and clinical approaches to “injury, inflammation and sepsis” is steeped so deeply in irony, however, is not shocking at all.
