AMC Launches "Walking Dead" Motion Comic
With Comic-Con about to kick into high gear in San Diego, AMC is releasing a digital “motion comic” based on the first 13-1/2 pages of the original Walking Dead comic book.
AMC has ordered a series, set to premiere in October, based on the comic books, and will have a panel with the shows producers and stars at Comic-Con.
The comic is a smart way to promote the series early on, creating content that will likely appeal to the show’s core fan-base.
