Amazon's Prime Now App Introduces Restaurant Delivery in Seattle
Amazon's Prime Now app now allows users in 'select' Seattle zip codes to order food from participating local restaurants.
Amazon has announced an expansion to its Prime Now one and two-hour delivery service, introducing food delivery from local restaurants to its options. For now, restaurant delivery is only available for residents in select Seattle zip codes, but will expand going forward.
With Prime Now’s restaurant delivery option, users can browse the menus for local participating restaurants, place orders and track the status of their delivery in real time. The app allows users to browse by food type (Mexican, Thai, Italian, and so on), or by specific restaurant.
