Amazon Releases Second Generation Kindle DX, Lowers Price
The holiday weekend is approaching quickly, but that hasn’t stopped the eReader price wars. Amazon has released the latest generation Kindle DX. The new model is priced at $379, down from $489. It also has a newly updated screen.
The DX comes with a 9.7-inch large screen and a 3G wireless connection. The new model comes with a graphite enclosure and a new, high contrast electronic ink display. Amazon is making big claims that the new display has much better contrast than the previous model.
