Amazon expands GameCircle to all Android Devices

Originally designated for use for Kindle Fire devices, Amazon’s game service tool GameCircle, has now been released for all Android devices. The free service helps users monitor achievement and leader boards as well as utilizes same game syncing for multiple devices.

With cloudsync capabilities, Amazon is aiming for seamless integration between phone and tablet devices. For example, players may want to play a game on their phone while on a morning commute and then be able to play on a larger screen once they get home.

This type of sync can help developers create a stickiness about their games as gamers can continue to be engaged across multiple devices.
