Amazon Debuts Kindle Commercial Contest

Amazon is inviting customers to make their own Kindle ads. The e-commerce company launched the “Your Kindle Commercial Contest” today, in which Kindle owners can compete in a contest to create the best 30-second Kindle spot for the chance to win prizes.

Amazon’s judges will review all submissions and pick the top 50 entries based on creativity, appeal and the likelihood that it will entice viewers to buy a Kindle. Entries are due by August 29.
