All Hail--Sherry Lansing To Get Humanitarian Oscar

Sherry Lansing, former head of Paramount and the first woman to run a studio will get the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award at the Academy Awards in February. Lansing’s retired, well-liked, and as non-controversial as any mogul can be, so she’s a decent choice. And more importantly, her movie montage should be pretty good. FBLA hopes it starts with “I will not be ignored”
