Al Qaeda Spokesman Adam Gadahn Still at Large

Over the weekend, news broke that Adam Gadahn, Al Qaeda’s spokesman and propagandist was captured in Pakistan. It was in fact another U.S. native, Abu Yahya Mujahideen Adam from Pennsylvania.

Gadahn, 31, also known as “Azzam the American,” has avoided capture for years. He’s the first American since the World War II era to be charged with treason. There’s a $1 million reward for information leading the arrest of Gadahn, one of the most-wanted terrorists on the FBI’s list.

The Orange County native is known for appearing in Internet videos in both English and Arabic on a variety of topics, overlaying twisted logic on current events to attract attention and recruits.
