AIDS Advocacy Group To File Complaint Against Larry Flynt Publications
LA-based advocacy group AIDS Healthcare Foundation tells the LA Times they are planning on filing a worker-safety complaint against Larry Flynt Publications with the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health for the company’s lack of condom use in its various pornographic endeavors and a lack of STD testing for its performers.
The group takes issue with film shoots that depict sexual acts without condom usage, which the group said is unsafe and potentially life-threatening.
The group plans to submit 100 adult entertainment DVDs along with their complaint to the state agency.
