After KMart, Martha Stewart Reports Smaller Profit
Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia (MSO) reported fourth quarter earnings of $5.6 million on revenues of $72.6 million, numbers that were both lower than their 2009 fourth-quarter counterparts.
In fact, 2009 Q4 earnings were more than 4 times what the company brought in in 2010, thanks to deals with KMart which ended in early 2010.
In the non-merchandising segments (that would be publishing and broadcast), revenues were more or less flat–down $3 million in publishing to $44.6 million and up $2 million in broadcasting to $16.3
