'Ace of Cakes' Duff Goldman Moving to LA
It’s not quite as bad as the Baltimore Colts sneaking off in the middle of the night in 1984 to their new NFL home in Indianapolis. But surely a groan or two will be heard around Chesapeake Bay as news spreads that Duff Goldman, native son and star of Food Network reality show Ace of Cakes, is relocating to LA’s generally more flourless confines.
Goldman tells the Wall Street Journal‘s “Speakeasy” blog that he wants to be closer Las Vegas, where a lot of his wacky creations are delivered, including a recent one for Lenovo at CES that came complete with embedded Thinkpad and webcam.
