ABC Family Has 'Alibi' Online
ABC Family has snagged a new teen-oriented Web series to complement its TV hit The Secret Life of the American Teenager.
On Feb. 5, the cable network began offering episodes of the original short-form teen drama My Alibi on ABCFamily.com. My Alibi originally debuted last fall on the startup video community site Take180.com, which aims to produce Web series that encourage a high level of audience participation.
Eighteen episodes of Alibi have been produced to date—several of which feature plot points suggested by the Take180 audience.
