A Re-Align: Fixing What's Not Quite Broken

An interesting post over at the Goods for You! company blog, entitled: “Don’t Re-Design: Re-Align.” It’s about clients coming to the firm saying right off the bat that they must have a complete re-design right away (of what in particular, it really doesn’t matter). But instead, they like to talk to the client to find out what they’re fleeing from. Is it important to start all the way back from square one (and therefore isn’t it just “design”) or do they want to take an idea that’s been already fleshed out and has some recognition and build upon that.
