A New Way to Say ‘Thank You’ to Co-Workers and Colleagues, From LinkedIn

Product manager Hermes Alvarez unveiled LinkedIn Kudos in a blog post, writing that seven out of 10 employees who receive appreciation for their efforts say they are happy at their jobs, and adding, “Saying thank you and recognizing others is also something we see happening frequently on LinkedIn, so we wanted to make it even easier for you to give a shout-out to those that make a difference in your week.
