A Head-Scratcher: Rangel's Blogger Conference Call or the First Episoide of 'Congressional Hoarders'?

This is a video of Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-N.Y.) first-ever “Bloggers Conference Call.”  (Which is just hilarious anyhow.)  But doesn’t it look more like an audition tape for “Congressional Hoarders?”  The shaky video work only adds to the piles of knickknacks all over his desk that include a little white dome, a miniature American flag and other weird tchotchkes that don’t have obvious names.
