3G iPhone this Summer?

PC World reports that Apple might be coming out with a 3G version of the iPhone within six months, in part due to an increased European demand for 3G handsets.

The article cites a research note from Citigroup analyst Richard Gardner in which he says that we’ll likely see lower shipments of the iPhone this quarter and the launch of a model with 3G high-speed technology would help the company reach its goal of 10 million iPhones shipped this year.
