Our pal Jon Sandys, the UK-based webmaster of moviemistakes.com, was kind enough to send us a taste of some of the glorious gaffes gracing this Sunday’s Oscar-nominated films. Django Unchained is the current Best Picture leader with 26 mistakes spotted by website readers while The Avengers ranks as the most mistake-ridden nominee of all with 34 bloopers.
“Mistakes don’t stop them being great films or audiences loving them,” says Sandys, who notes that 1998 Best Picture winner Titanic survived a 260+ tally.
