1-800-Flowers.com Stock Up 5% After 'Under Cover Boss' Episode
TheStreet.com site MainStreet is calling the appearance of 1-800-Flowers.com president and COO Chris McCann on the CBS show “Undercover Boss” “PR gold,” after the company’s stock shot up 5% since the episode aired last night.
The show, which puts high level executives “back to work” as entry level employees within their company, just completed its first season.
The company likely expected a positive performance from McCann, as they issued a press release last week promoting his appearance on the show.
