Workplace bullies having a grand old time

If your boss bullies you, you’re not alone. Then again, neither is your boss. A pre-Labor Day poll fielded by Zogby Interactive found 49 percent of workers saying they have suffered or witnessed workplace bullying, “including verbal abuse, job sabotage, abuse of authority or destruction of workplace relationships.” Thirty-seven percent said they’ve been bullied at some point during their working lives. One intriguing gender-related tidbit: “When bullies are women, they choose other women as their prey in 71 percent of cases.”
