The WB has a cool ad in the current Rolling Stone for its new show Supernatural. You open up the spread, headlights flicker on the page, and suddenly there’s a sound of a car starting up, and a voice starts talking about the program. It turns out there’s a miniature speaker inside the page that gets activated when you open it up. (That couldn’t have been cheap.) It’s attention-getting, and it’s also fun to pass around and see how jumpy your co-workers are.
