Vice’s creative agency Virtue has hired VCCP’s Shirin Majid as its executive creative director for Europe. She succeeds Morten Grubak, who joined in 2019 and has been promoted to global ECD with a focus on innovation.

Majid, who will join in August, was deputy ECD at VCCP working across Unilever, the British Red Cross, TikTok, EasyJet and O2.

In her new role, she will take on responsibility for the creative output of the business across its European offices, leading client teams on accounts including General Mills, Camelot, Diageo and L’Oreal, while driving new business as well.

Majid will work alongside Nathan Woodhead and Carole Davids, Virtue’s group creative directors, based in London.
