“Nothing says ‘I love you’ like half your beer.”

Valentine’s Day is coming on Tuesday, which means marketers everywhere have been trying to come up with their own absurd, comic takes on love—whether it’s heart-shaped buckets of fried chicken or beautiful serenades from fluffy fabric-softener shills.

For Minnesota brewer Grain Belt, it meant inventing the Grain Belt Dual Pour Can Topper, a plastic cap that fits on top of your beer can and divides the brew into two glasses as you pour—clear evidence of undying love, or failing that, at least a willingness to share.

Ad agency Colle+McVoy came up with the accessory, which is 3-D printed in “pinkish red, richly colored nylon plastic with a smooth finish,” according to the item description.

Pick up yours at, where they’re going for $12.90 apiece.

Separately, but similarly, Burger King is rolling out special Valentine’s Day cups in France, via agency Buzzman, that have room for two straws. Check it out below.
