Telling a series of modern life and love stories around a modern family in Germany is the focus of a campaign from Google to promote its Pixel smartphone brand.

Each of the three-minute long adverts have been released to explore different but relatable relationships—and to convey that love is a universal language that can overcome problems, with the aid of technology.

The campaign by Anomaly, which introduces the brand line “Dein Leben mit Pixel” (Your Life With Pixel,) has been produced to promote the redesign of the phone, now powered by Google’s first proprietary processor—Google Tensor, which offers adaptive features that appear in the stories.

The intention is to focus more on “authentic storytelling,” over overt branding, to promote the phone using the three interconnected stories—showcasing the ability of the phone to embed itself into the situations the members of the family find themselves in, when it comes to friendships and romance.
