Right now, arguably more than ever before, we are all acutely aware of hygiene habits and of keeping a distance from one another when feeling sick. One U.K.-based campaign was created to showcase just how easily germs are spread—through work that literally sneezes on its audience.

“The Big Sneeze” is an interactive campaign, funded by British-Swedish pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca and created by health care advertising agency 21Grams—which is part of Real Chemistry—to encourage parents in Manchester to get their children vaccinated against the flu.
