Today, plant-based delivery service Mosaic Foods made the jump from DTC to its first brick-and-mortar store in Brooklyn. Located at 607A Vanderbilt Ave. in the Prospect Heights neighborhood, Mosaic Foods Market offers over 70 chef-prepared vegetarian and vegan meals, plus smoothies and sampling counter to introduce customers to its flavors.
