Here is PETA's contribution to Super Bowl advertising—billboards asking you to pass on the chicken wings, and thus spare the chickens, on Super Bowl Sunday. Look at those cute little chicks, cowering in fear. PETA says 600 million chickens are killed for the wings consumed just during the Super Bowl. "Not only is this wing-eating obsession cruel, it also shows a lack of imagination," the group says, urging some vegan "mouth-watering alternatives" with recipes on its website.
