DDB New York and MJZ directors The Perlorian Brothers have teamed up for another wacky New York Lottery spot, this time pushing the client's January Multiplier Scratch-Off Games. The new ad asks you to imagine, through the example of a thumb-war contest, the incredible, surreal feelings of heroic satisfaction you experience when your winnings are multiplied. It doesn't address the spiraling sense of doom, in its own way quite exponentially mathematical, when you lose. But of course, no one loses in lottery commercials.
