Spanish optician’s Multiópticas wants parents to understand the horrors that too much screen time at night can cause a person.

The company has begun a campaign to highlight the consequences of using mobile phones before going to sleep, including insomnia, myopia, dry eyes and headaches.

Created by LLYV, the TV spot titled “Neuvos Monstruos” (New Monsters) began to run in December. It features images of monstrous creatures in new professions, having lost their old jobs scaring kids who are now having their sleep disrupted by another means—from using their phones at night.
