As celebrations for Día de Los Muertos commence, many will be honoring their loved ones in a variety of ways, such as setting up altars and painting a calavera (a highly decorated skull).

Mexican beer brand Modelo hopes to bridge culture and creativity by teaming up with Mexican American artist Mister Cartoon to launch the Raise One in Their Honor digital experience—that could turn into a real tattoo.

The Raise One in Their Honor microsite allows those who celebrate Día de los Muertos to create their own colorful altar tributes, or ofrendas, to honor the lives of loved ones on a digital altar laden with marigolds, decorative skulls and candles.
