A congressional candidate in Mexico is spicing up her campaign for office by going topless on billboards with six other female members of the Party of the Democratic Revolution. "Dare to join a new, unprejudiced nation-building project!" says the gleeful copy. Natalia Juarez, 34, seen at center, says the poster was meant "to make an impact and not go unnoticed" and is her attempt to "run a campaign that is different and cheerful, but also an invitation for people to reveal who they are and commit themselves."
