KFC Asks Spaniards to Draw Its Logo on Desert Sand-Covered Cars

The campaign saw over 1,000 people claim free food from drive-thrus as a result

A Saharan dust cloud has been floating over Europe in recent days, covering cars across several countries, including Spain. The dust from the desert has meant some cities have awoken to the image of an orange sky, while car owners have had to clear the desert sand from their vehicles.

In response, KFC has been giving away free chicken to people in Spain who draw its logo on their dust-covered cars—and then attend one of their 76 drive-thrus to claim.
