Yipes! This ad starring Keira Knightley on behalf of Women's Aid, raising awareness of domestic violence, is heavy stuff. It was directed by Joe Wright, who also directed Atonement, which also featured Knightley. Both of them volunteered their time for this ad, which is really cool to hear. The ad will be shown in cinemas before 15-rated movies, which is hopefully the British equivalent of an R. Had I seen something like this before, say, Coraline, it would have harshed the vibe.
