Here's a new definition for wasting time: pinning Gucci ads online. The marketer has begun sticking "Pin it" buttons on its fall/winter 2012 Web banners. Clicking through reveals larger ad images and product photos to share via Pinterest. Who wouldn't want to share branded footwear and accessories shots with everyone they know? There's no better use for 60 seconds of your life, right? Sure, some people will actually click and pin—the same folks who shell out big bucks to have their arches wrecked by torture devices marketed as shoes.
