It’s easy to see street art on every corner of New York, from graffiti to stickering. There, if you can make it past a photo of an obscene gesture, appears an anonymous written manifesto. “Going out one weekend with some wheat paste and your digi-cam doesn’t make you a street artist. Posting it on your blog Monday morning doesn’t make you any good.”
