So Gap unveiled its new holiday ad yesterday, but
there’s not a Christmas tree (or even red or green) in sight. Instead, it’s a rap performed by Common,
which is very much in the peace, love and grooviness vein, and sells the Gap
hoodie as much as anything. It’s quite watchable, especially compared with
that excruciating Audrey Hepburn-AC/DC debacle (not that I have an opinion on
