People Helping People Disaster Relief, a group founded by executive recruiter Bonnie Lunt and supported by ad-industry execs like 4A's CEO Nancy Hill, builds schools and medical facilities in Azama, Ecuador. Now in its 17th year, PHP can barely keep up with the area's educational needs: Some 15,000 kids were turned away from schools last year because of the lack of classrooms.
